Director of Rugby
Are you a Director of Rugby or Lead Coach looking for your next challenge???
Come and lead the herd! We’re looking for a Director of Rugby to join our leadership team in the upcoming 26/27 season. A Director of Rugby at Beccles Rugby Club has a primary role in the senior rugby set up but is the strategic leader overseeing all rugby operations, from minis, youth, colts to senior levels. Building consistent playing philosophy, coaching standards, and player development pathways. A DoR manages recruitment, retention, performance, and reporting to the club board on rugby-related matters.
Club Volunteer Coordinator
Volunteers are the backbone of Beccles RUFC. As the Club Volunteer Coordinator, you will be responsible for the recruitment, management, and retention of our valued volunteers. You will ensure a positive and fulfilling experience for all volunteers, fostering a strong and supportive club environment.
Club Referee Coordinator
Referee coordinator's primary responsibility is to ensure that all rugby matches are properly officiated by liaising with the Norfolk Referee's Association and our own club teams.
Social Secretary
Foster a strong social atmosphere within Beccles RUFC by organizing and coordinating club events. This role involves bringing together players, officials, and members from all sections of the club.
