With new kit, provided by Coastline Carpets the children looked smart and turned in a good performance across all age groups.

U7's
So here is our youngest team, the under 7's! These boys today were class, and not one of them went home without scoring a try. A great little team, who constantly supported the ball carrier and played with smiles on their faces! Anyone of them could have taken home the player of the match, but today Samuel scored some great try's to just edge it! Well Done boys.
U8's
Congratulations to the U8's for another brilliant team performance!
2 matches back to back against 2 very strong Diss sides, all the members of the team excelled in the these tough games.
Ball handling, overlapped passing and teamwork was at a high level. Try's scored from deep in our own half created by intercepted passes and great back up support from everyone in the team.
Player of the day went to Tommy. He ran non stop throughout both of the games, in defensive work, tagging Diss players left right and centre. In attack, creating chances for team mates to score as well as his own. Well done Tommy!!
The teams outstanding performance was backed up by the Diss coaches asking if we would consider taking part in joint training sessions to bring on some of their players!
Well done to you all for a superb performance yet again
U9's
Beccles minis travelled to Diss on Sunday and once again proved they were a match for any club in the region. Muddy conditions provided the ideal opportunity to christen the new U9s jerseys kindly provided by Coastline Carpets, and the squad of 15 players made sure that the new strip looked well worn at the end of the session. The side played 5 matches against a strong Diss opposition and came out with honours even at the end of the day. Our first man of the match Dexter Limpenny epitomised the sprit of the entire side with his barnstorming runs and never-say-die tackles that left Diss players strewn across the pitch. Our second man-of-the match Harry Fisher made his stamp on the game by always putting himself into space and offering up a great passing option for his team mates when they ran into trouble. All in all this was another great Beccles performance as our 'minis machine' goes from strength to strength.
U10's
U10s team played 2 matches against a well organised Diss side the 1st match was truly played in the spirit of rugby with all the players from both sides taking to the field and mixing the sides up Beccles winning 5 try's to 2 with 2 tries from Ben T and 1 from Ben A and 2 from Diss player's. The 2nd match was a full on contest with some end to end action the defensive actions of the whole team we're superb you would be hard pressed to have counted how many tackles Riley, Ben A, Jack, Evan, Ben F, Issac, Ben T put in great effort boy's. Beccles eventually won the match 4 try's to 3 with Ben A completing a hat trick with the last play of the game and the other try scored by Jack . A fantastic team performance with Issac and Evan making some strong powerful runs great running from Ben A, Riley, Jack, Ben T and great passing from Ben F who constantly plays with a smile on his face which is great to see. Player of the
match was a very difficult decision with an outstanding team performance the award went to Evan for the power and strength of his runs and quickly learning what to do next super effort
A tough day at the office for the under11/12's at a cold and wet Diss. We played three hard matches against a well disciplined Diss side, the Bulls showed great resilience, digging in hard in both attack and defence. The team showed some great passage of play and good team spirit with some individual skills shining through.
This weeks man of the match went to Scott for his dogged performance in defensive and all round enthusiasm and willingness to do well - well done Scott.
Thanks for travelling on such a wet and miserable morning, the team is improving weekly, their commitment and your support is paying off!
Next week we are home for our Mini Christmas Fun Session - see you all there!
