Colts vs Chairmans XV

The fixture was played on Sunday the 20thAugust at Beccles RUFC between Beccles U20s and a chairman’s select XV side.

The match was played within the spirit of the game and all the U20s and select XV players thoroughly enjoyed the match. Several of the Beccles U20s hadn’t played for two years and six of the side had not played any senor rugby since they finished playing at U17, the university lads expressed how much they enjoyed playing for the club again and several of the players who had given up playing completely have committed to joining training sessions at the club.
