The meeting will follow the standard agenda, with reports from various sections of the club, acceptance of accounts for the year, subscription level setting, and election of officers.

Our club is operated by a team of volunteers, and we always welcome new additions to our team. If you are interested in contributing, kindly let us know. There are always opportunities available to fill vacant positions.

The positions of President, Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice Chairman, and Directors of Senior/Junior/Mini and Girls Rugby are all standing for re-election at the AGM. If you wish to nominate anyone for any of these positions, please send the nomination to Keith Johnstone (secretary@becclesrufc.co.uk or 07788 430625) by Wednesday 31st May. Also, please send any questions you would like to be addressed at the AGM to Keith Johnstone.

There are several other voluntary positions available within the club. While many of these positions have individuals willing to continue in their current roles, we always welcome new faces and will strive to accommodate them wherever possible.
