Dear Club Member
We have come to the end of another season. It is time for us to hold our Annual General Meeting for the end of the 2024-25 season. The AGM will be held at the Youth Hub on:
Monday 9th June at 19:00.
The AGM will follow the normal Agenda with reports from different sections of the club. We will also accept the accounts for the year, set subscription levels and elect the officers.
The club is run by a group of volunteers, and we are always looking to add to our numbers. If you are interested in getting involved, then please let us know. There are always positions available to be filled.
The positions of President, Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice Chairman, and
four other Directors (including Senior, Youth and Minis Director) are elected at
the AGM.
We have three of the Directors standing down from their role this season;
Martin Wones (Vice-Chairman),
Beth Adams (Minis Director)
and Amy Wones (Director).
The club would like to thank them all for the work they have carried out over many years. All three have been big parts of the club and will be missed. This means the Vice-Chairman, Minis Director and Director roles will all be open. We are actively looking to fill these roles and would welcome any nominations for these roles before the AGM.
The people in the other Director roles are all standing again. Please can we have
any other nominations for these roles by Friday 6th June.

There are many other voluntary roles within the club. Many of these have people who are willing to carry on in the role they are in. New faces are also welcome though and will be accommodated. In particular, we currently need to find new people to fill the roles of:
Mini's Co-Ordinator Director of Rugby
Youth Co-Ordinator Director of Rugby
Social Secretary Volunteer Co-ordinator
Coaching Co-ordinator Referee Co-ordinator
Press, PR and Social Media Manager
Facilities Manager
