- Responsible for coaching team, co-ordinating who is taking what session.
- Determines overall playing strategy of club.
- Works with coaches at all levels of club (Senior and Junior) to make
sure all players are working towards this strategy.

- Monitor coaching qualifications of senior coaches and send coaches on
courses.
