Gentlemen’s Dinner a Success.

  Beccles RUFC recently held their Gentlemen’s Dinner at the Kings Head in Beccles. After a meal of roast beef supplied by Seppings there was the after dinner entertainment. After speeches by club president Nick Beese and captain Reece Ling there was a talk by England and Lions legend David Duckham.

  The awards for the season were also given out. Players player of the season was given to Stuart Murray. Stuart has moved to the club from Broadland this year and has been an ever present at Fullback.

  Most improved player of the year was Luke Wade and Young player of the year was Dwayne Porter. The clubman of the year was Julian Gruchy who has stepped down as club treasurer after 15 years in the position.
